BS running high

Over the last few days my blood sugar is running higher than usual, I’m not doing/eating anything different to usual so really confused as to why it’s running so high, I haven’t got a cold and don’t feel unwell at all.

Hi there, sometimes your body is reacting to a pending 'illness' that you don't yet know about so it could be that, just guessing though. What actually is your usual day food & glucose level wise? Maybe someone might be able to spot something there, in the end though there isn't always a logical explanation, are you on meds at all? x

There are lots of reasons for higher (or lower) levels
As @KK123 says, your body may be fighting of an impending lurgy.
Or you may be stressed.
Or you may be doing less exercise.
Or it may be the weather.
Have you had your jab recently?
Or it may be the wrong coloured socks.
