That would depend on your insulin to carb ratio, which varies from person to person. The usual range is 0.5 to 4 u per 10g carbs so you might need anything from 7.5u to 60u fast acting insulin.
As you know from doing the DAFNE course insulin to carb ratio's vary from person to person and time of day, only by rigorous testing over a period of days and weeks will you find your own ratio for each of your 3 main meals.
Whole pack of chocolate coated peanuts? The carbs found in average serving of boiled rice at the local takeaway? A medium Domino's pizza?
