Ozempic stopped working

Newbie
Ive been type 2 diabetic for many years and have heart failure i was given ozempic few years back to help with diabetes and weight loss at the start was amazing i lost 1stone first month but now its stopped working for weight loss my doctor says its still helping with sugar levela etc but now i feel depressed and put weight back on because of it i asked about Mounjaro but doc says nhs doesnt do it just ozempic need some advice

I get my Mounjaro on the nhs. In fact my GP phoned and said I fit the NICE guidelines as I was going to pay for it myself. I’m overweight, have hypertension and bmi of 33 (was 35.5). Go back to your GP or see a different one and ask again is my advice. I’m what is called a ‘slow responder’ as it’s brought my BG down but my weight is very slow to drop.

There is also Trulicity(Dulaglutide) which is also a GLP-1 agonist. It's not currently on the "weight loss" list, but speaking from personal experience only, it calms the "food noise" and I feel fuller quicker
