I have some every day after lunch...85%, 1 strip of G&B or 1 square of Lindt...about 9g. I used to have 2 Baby Bel's, now I have 1 BB and this choc - much better. It's obviously carbs, because it's a plant, but the sugar element is tiny with any spike being offset by the fats and protein in the rest of the meal, I find it a good choice, in moderation.
