Today I had sausage roll and coke for lunch and bit of Easter egg for snacks my blood pressure was 118.96

I had ready meals cottage pie with mushy peas for dinner drinks lemonade sugar free

I had some noddles and cheese for dinner

I had beans on toast for dinner

i had some mac and cheese ready meal for dinner

I had some apple for a snack can I have brown rice ? for diabetes

brown rice will spike levels slightly less high than white (same weight) brown has more fibre, little longer to digest so shouldnt spike as high as white could. Only way to tell if its ok for you, is to measure blood glucose via fingerprick pre meal, alongside later on ~2 hours later and see if levels are ok, 2-3mmol within starting glucose level. Portion size would have effect.

Nice portion control I couldn’t stop at 5 and would eat the whole punnet so I have to avoid them
