I am just making salad tonight, with salmon. I don’t feel like cooking or eating a hot meal.

I cook it and eat it

I made my salad, but had it with chicken instead of salmon.
The chicken was already cooked and cold in the fridge. I felt too tired to cook the salmon.

I had a ham and boiled egg sandwich for lunch. No cake, though.

I had a chicken salad & sugar free jelly - I had coleslaw on my salad

I had my breakfast so late that I didn’t want lunch.
Breakfast was Greek yogurt with blueberries and walnuts, and a cup of black coffee.
I just had a cup of coffee with cream at 2pm.

I had paella made with cauliflower rice

I just had scrambled egg, mushrooms and pork sausage, a shot of beetroot juice and a glass of water.
Then I fell asleep.
