I did my three yearly reapplication for my driving license this February and had to also update my photo. Such a shame as I loved the photo from ten years ago, but hey I admit it, I’ve aged somewhat.
Three months later three envelopes dropped on the mat. One showing I had passed the medical part. The second saying I needed to fill in a form properly, which they included in the letter. The third with my new license in complete with old photo???
I rang, was told just put form and another picture in the post. I did. Having heard nothing this week I did an on line chat. The gist-don’t worry the license we sent you is valid just use that.
Annoying that I spent ten pounds on photos they didn’t use, but I don’t half look good on my driving license. But inept isn’t in it.
