How long before side effects goes away on ozempic

I really dont think I am coping tolerating ozempic I'm constantly feeling sick constantly have Gord, stomach pain and bloating constipation. I don't understand how a medication that makes you feel constantly sick is good for me. Ive been on it for 10 weeks now and on 6 weeks on 0.25mg dose. I'm feeling depressed about it. I've read the side effects should go away but when does that happen ? I feel like its just getting worse.

I had to stop taking it. Serious constipation followed by chronic diarrhoea, which i believe has left my gut seriously damaged. There are law suits in the states from peole who believe have serious gut issues. Clearly works for most people but can have chronic side effects
