I think I have body dismorphia. When I'm walking or lying flat, I feel skinny, but then. I look down and see my reflection and see my true self. I hate the way I look! I know people say i look fine and all that, but i don't feel fine! And because I'm petite it's harder to lose the weight

You could try some HRT. It helped me.
 
Hi @Diabetic2ForYou , I'm sorry you're feeling like this. A BMI showing you're slightly overweight doesn't define your worth or how others see you. If these thoughts about your body are becoming overwhelming or affecting your daily life, it's worth talking to your GP, as they can offer support. If you do want to lose weight, focus on small, sustainable changes rather than being hard on yourself. Be kind to yourself — you deserve that.
