I decided to try Click Pharmacy UK because they were one of the cheapest providers I could find for the dose I needed.

I placed my order and had the consultation with one of their prescribers, which all went smoothly. Afterwards, they emailed me asking for proof of my previous prescription from the pharmacy I'd been using before, so they can confirm my current dose before prescribing.

I'm happy to provide it if that's standard practice, but it did feel like they were asking for quite a lot of information compared with my previous provider.

Has anyone else ordered from them? Is this a normal part of the process when switching pharmacies, or was your experience different?

I switched to dr weightmans and they asked for proof of previous prescription. I just sent a photo of my current prescription on Mounjaro box. I think it’s good practice.

Just thought I'd update this in case it helps anyone else.

I sent them a copy of my previous purchase as requested and they've now approved everything and dispatched my injection (I've also received the tracking number), so it all seems to have gone smoothly.

Thinking about it, I suppose it's a patient safety thing. They need to make sure you're already on the correct medication and dose before prescribing, so I can understand why they ask for the information.

One thing that did confuse me initially was that there seem to be quite a few online pharmacies with "Click" in the name (Click Health, Click2Pharmacy, Chemist Click, etc.). After doing a bit of research, it looks like Click Pharmacy UK has been around for quite a long time and is a completely separate company from the others.

Thanks to those who replied.
