Galaxy A16 – Libre 3+ signal loss

Hi, I've recently moved from a Galaxy S10e to a Galaxy A16, and at the same time changed from Libre 3 to Libre 3+.

Since then, I've noticed more instances of no glucose reading/signal loss, particularly when the phone is locked or hasn't been used for a while.

I've gone through various A16 settings to make sure CamAPS FX is allowed to run properly in the background, including battery and background data settings. I also spoke with YpsoPump support when setting up the new phone.

The S10e wasn't perfect either, so I'm wondering whether this is just normal Libre 3+ behaviour, or whether the A16 could be contributing.

Has anyone else used Libre 3+ with a Galaxy A16 and CamAPS FX and noticed similar issues, particularly when the phone is locked?

Make sure to update all your apps first.
( i know the following states libre 3 but it is from the Libre 3+ page. So I guess they are the same.

Hi @Darragh OS ,

I’ve owned a few Samsung Galaxies. Though not the A16.
& used Libre 1to the 2+.

If it’s any help.? What I do is periodically clear the BT cache? To minimise any BT dropouts on a currently used sensor.
Or with the phone I have now cache partition via Android Recovery Mode?
