I have been using CamAPS FX with Ypso pump now for a few months. Its been great. I tend to have all my alarms silent as I keep track of my sugars very closly using my Garmin watch. So I dont need alrms beeping continuously. You can silent all of these on the app except the low level alarm.
The low level alarm has been badly interrupting my sleep and find it frustrating that I cant silence it even when the mobile is on "do not disturb". I know I know I know! this is a safety feature etc etc. But we also know are own bodys. I always wake up if Im too low and the pumps very good at catching these lows. So most of the time when it alarms its already coming back up and I didn't need to be woken up.
Anyway I have now found a solution to silence this alarm. Well it actually silences the phone no matter what alarms are going off (once activated your phone will not make any noise so calls or any other alarms will not come through).
I know this might be controversial but we managed fine using finger pricking or urine strips and slept fine through the night. So we should have the option to turn this off if we want.
