Hi, just got a new Galaxy S26 phone and now I can't get any alarms and constant signal loss. Switched phone off and on, and same with bluetooth. Pretty sure I have it set up properly. Any technical advice please?

I cannot see the Samsung S26 listed on the Abbott compatibility chart.

I treated myself to an S26 in mid February - It did not work with the Dexcom One, so I had to carry on using the S20 for the Dexcom App.
Doctor switched me to Dexcom One+ and thankfully, the S26 works OK with it.

If it started immediately after changing phones, I would first check all the Samsung battery and background restrictions for the Libre app. New Galaxy phones can be pretty aggressive about putting apps to sleep, and that can interfere with Bluetooth alarms even when the app itself looks properly set up.

Make sure the Libre app has permission for nearby devices and notifications, remove it from any sleeping or deep sleeping apps list, and set battery use to unrestricted if that option is available.

I would also check that the old phone is no longer trying to connect to the sensor. If Bluetooth is still active on the old device, turn it off completely while testing the S26.

If you are still getting constant signal loss after that, I would contact Abbott support and tell them the exact phone model and Android version. Since this is a new handset, compatibility could be part of the problem rather than anything you have done wrong.
