I had a sausage roll and coke for lunch

I had spaghetti Bolognese for dinner

A very good Sunday lunch out today, beef & lamb & unusually a lot of different nice low carb veggies - I did treat myself to a roastie & a bit of an enormous Yorkshire pudding. Lots of walking about afterwards kept my BG in check
