Hospital support groups?!

Hi im 15yrs old.Was wondering does Derby Hospital or the QMC paediatric Department have support groups or activites etc for type 1's my age.Hospital im at now doesnt have anything at all and would love to meet others like me too.
Moving house soon but not sure which of the 2 hospitals have better stuff for under 18's??
