i am type2 diabetes and take insulin metformin and gliclazide and could not lose weight for toffes,when i was on exenatide.But i have lost 2.4kg which is great.I am finding the weather great but it makes me go very low very quick.what cereal can i have to make me last a little bit longer in the morning,i was on bran flakes but now on jordans harvest crunch.I always have hypos at 11am and3pm.the morning one is due to sugars being too high,what would you advise,smeek

I'd try less carbs and more protein personally, and probably adding more fat will slow the glucose spike BUT be careful with such tweaks and test carefully as you're on insulin. Might be worth discussing dropping the glic as it's less controllable than insulin, it may be causing you to continue to generate insulin when you no longer need it between meals, hence the lows.
