Hi

anyone have any recomendations for breath mints that are ok to use?

I bought a pack of wrigleys Extra Mints, sugarfree, but per 100g seems very high in carbs.

Obviously 1 mint wont make a huge difference, but is there a better alternative?

The carbs are all polyols or 'sugar alcohols' which I think don't count as they won't affect your BS. Google polyols for for info.

i posted this question a few weeks ago and was recommended a little tub of mints which are sold at aldi by the sweets section. Lidl also have a good one again in the sweets section. Both are in little tins.
