Hi Johnny, welcome to the forum,the fountain of knowledge and support. There are some recipes on line for biscuits made using almond flour and sugar substitute. You could always add carob chips to try to replicate low carb` versions of choc chip cookies. Not ideal I appreciate, but not too bad when craving a cuppa and a biscuit. Sorry I can`t help further, if you make your tea and biscuit your mid meal snack you might get away with normal biscuits, the carbohydrate values are usually on the packet. all the best Dave.
