Is Medtronic's Product Support slower than before?

Did your entry of 11.6 BG indicate an appropriate correction bolus or was it that you just didn’t get a high level alert before testing? How closely calibrated was your pump at that time? Has it happened again? I usually find Medtronic are very prompt when dealing with the very few issues...

    Hello everyone

I’ve never used an AccuChek pump but I started on my M670g last November. I suspect the internet reviews you refer to are mainly from the earlier software edition which triggered many nuisance alarms. My experience is that it’s not quite as automated as some would have you believe. If I do...

    Medtronic Mio Advance

The Mio Advance is relatively new and is new to me (on 3rd set). I’m finding them much easier so far when compared with Quick-sets. I agree that it’s unlikely to be a faulty batch. Were you using infusion sets prior to Mio Advance? If so, how did they compare?

    Medtronic Cgm Vs Freestyle Libre?

I started using the Medtronic Enlite system since mid April, with my Medtronic Paradigm 754, which I believe will work the same way. The main benefits are that it does seem to be generally much more accurate, particularly when you need to calibrate it at least every 12 hours. You can also set...
