I have 2 eggs 2 bacon some cheese and coffee with double cream for breakfast every morning . It seems to stop the DP
and I have a double cream coffee with 3 slices of cheddar about an hour before bed

Hi I’ve been low carb for about 16 months now . I’ve lost 4.5 stone . But lately I’ve noticed I’m getting a bit of belly fat . Now my weight hasn’t gone up but my belly is defo getting bigger . Any one know what’s goin on here . I normally have about 30grms carbs s day . Mainly meat and dairy...
So 5.9 today at 06:14 . Bit strange , went to bed on a 4.6 with hardly any carbs yesterday . DP Is on with a vengeance. . Maybe get up earlier for brekkie . See what happens
