    Tonight 2 glasses of wine brought my BG reading down again 9.9, its amazing the meds wont bring my sugars down but alcohol will, and they will be back to the usual pattern tomorrow and be 15+ I am going to try 25g of porridge tonight to see if its slow release qualities reduce my morning reading...
