    Sugar cravings

There are lots of sugar free sweets available! Aldi sell a good selection - the ones in little boxes, mints, hard caramels, fruit flavours - all sorts. Also you can get loads of different treats from such websites as Avidlite. Sugar free jelly also helps my cravings! I know some people don't...

Low Carb Pizza!! Cracked it 1st time.

Made this this evening! Wow! It was yummy! My (non LC) husband thought was delicious. We had half each and are stuffed! I put a little mozzarella, goat's cheese and cheddar plus some peperoni on top! Used a tiny bit of sauce from a jar. I like the idea of the garlic bread next :-)

Sugars not in control and worried

I had GD twice but it was well controlled with insulin both times. I did put on a lot of weight each time, but both babies were fit and well (although HUGE!) And soon stabilised after birth. Both were caesarian sections (because breech, not because of diabetes), 3 and 4 weeks early. I felt well...

Type 2 but love eating loads of chocolate

I feel your pain! I have to go without - once I start, I can't stop! They do say the higher % cocoa, the less you need to feel 'treated'?? You can get those tiny bars of 70% and 80% - maybe give that a try?
