    Sounds like your blood sugars are good [emoji16] well done you. I was going to say that when I'm high sugar my legs ache..... Well lots of my body aches but particularly the less. But your bloods sound good. Possibly the illness? Hopefully someone with more experience will be along soon...

    5.8 7am and I ate loads last night. Fell off the low carb wagon. Ate packet of crisps and a bag of nuts and a slice of fruit cake with butter on it. Sausage and mash for tea before that and a white flour beef wrap for lunch and 2 brown toast for breakfast. Complete mess of my food intake and 5.9...

    Thank you. So you don't think the metformin does much? That's cool then in some ways. My diets drastically changed and I am very careful now. Lost a stone in weight as a result too. So bargain as cycling's easier [emoji3]
