    I certainly find the low carb suits me , I have had in the past had dreadful problems with my diverticulitis, couldn’t leave the house most days , Dare I say it since hearing on here about low card I’ve not …….no I dare not mention it . just so happy I found this site.

    Coffee with little milk porridge very small portion ( mainly to check reading , now off the menu), berries and youurt air fryer cooked streaky bacon , poached egg x 1 4 small tomates. cheese and thin bread stick, lamb stew with veg and cauliflower rice,berries yogurt med glass of red finished...

    I did try the porridge again today and yes quite right it’s not good for us tests up from 6.8 wake up to 8.1 afters small amount of porridge / berries and Greek yogurt. can anyone send me a link for recipes site that doesn’t require a subscription, thank to all

    Thanks again KennyA, will certainly try the bread out , is rye bread any good? Health shop said ok, but they also told me natural oats were but obviously not . i will follow up on the meal plans again.

    Thank you I find it both interesting and frustrating, the best thing for me about the low carb diet is how it has improved considerably my diverticulitis , which some days stopped me leaving the house.

    Hi everyone , yesim confused to reading been generally been going up since got down to pre diabetic , last night I tried a Keto dinner and went down to 6 this am test 7.5 ? just don’t get it . fasting blood test Tuesday so see what that says. have a good day everyone
