FYI - I have an ACCU-CHEK Mobile tester with a 50-test cassette and built in finger-pricker. It won't work if cassette is out of date. I buy these...

    FBG 6.4 - the bouncing around continues! OMAD yesterday - early dinner: 2 boiled eggs, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, small protein shake, 4 strawberries for a treat! Calories: 824, Net carbs: 20g

    Dawn phenomenon disappeared, now FBG maybe too low

    Indeed! Just looking at the Trig/HDL ratio of a blood test that I happened to have 13 years prior to my T2 diagnosis, I can see that there was an absolutely clear warning indicator, despite the fact that my FBG on that test was 4.7. Things I wish I had known about.
