I haven't ever done any courses. I learnt to carb count when i was diagnosed almost 10 years ago and have just been working it out by myself. I'll give it a go and see what i can learn!

After perfect numbers all day yesterday mine was 15.2 this morning [emoji17] no idea why!

I was injecting in a cafe once and a lady told me i shouldnt be injecting in public. I explained that i was diabetic but she turned her nose up and said i should do it in the toilet!

Why does lantus burn so much when you inject it?

Ive upped my dose by a couple of units and it seems to be doing the trick so far. Thanks for all your help (:
