Every time I go through the ordering process it fails at the last step "SESSION TIMEOUT". Anyone else see this? I have reported it to Abbott but no response as yet.

The Abbott web site seems to be having problems this morning Every time I complete my order it stops with a "Session Time Out" message.

That's great news! You can learn such a lot from continuous monitoring. I suggest keeping a good record of what you eat.

I've just seen that Abbot are offering a free trial of their Freestyle Libre 2 sensor: https://sample.freestyle.abbott/gb-en/freestylelibre.html I notice however that there is a very limited list of phones it will work with - i.e. not my newish Xiaomi Remi Note 9S. Is there a way round this?

I'd expect it to stop absorption completely, though it sounds like some was getting through. How bent was it?

@Maco My experience with the t:Slim is very similar, including the fact that if I do go high, it takes a long time to bring me down. Like you I will sometimes do manual corrections, but have to be careful not to over do it.

I'm a happy user of the t:Slim with a self funded Dexcom. The Dexcom has been very reliable for me, usually with no calibrations. From what I read this is a big advantage over the current Medtronic CGM.

Unfortunately it's very difficult to get Dexcom's funded by the NHS. I've been self funding for 6 years. My consultant is trying to get funding for me but I'm not holding my breath.. The t:Slim has been excellent. Even without a CGM it is a very nice pump - small with a (relatively) modern...

I am very pleased with my T:slim/Dexcom & Control IQ. Should add that I don't have any experience of any other pump though.

I use xDrip+ rather than the Dexcom App. It can send readings to a number of watches. I use a Xiaomi Miband 4 which cost about £26. Works beautifully.

Not a daft question. Like any tubed pump it can get caught on things. At this time of year I keep it in my shirt pocket, wearing a top over it. Otherwise I clip it to my belt - though the clip isn't great. At night I use a Hid-In belt/pouch.

Yes, I wish you could start Exercise for a chosen period, I also tend to forget to switch it off.
