    Libre 2 sensor history lost

Help please! I've a dud sensor and decided to reinstall the app. I assumed that because you've to log in with a username that the previous readings would still exist but I seem to have lost all previous readings. I was asked to keep a log before I see an endocrinologist and I had 4 weeks of data...

    Can T2 have Hypo's

I'm (allegedly) a T2 and I very often get hypos in the 3s. I'm not your typical T2. Have always eaten relatively low carb, BMI of 22, low BP. I'm diagnosed less than a year and the more I read I'm convinced I'm a LADA. Screaming into a void when I raise this with the practice nurse. My HBA1C was...

Thank you. I have considered trying a CGM in the short term so might give it a go.

    Diabetes and weight loss

I'm in a similar position. Drives me insane! Also, there is no evidence of TOFI (I have had ultrasound of pancreas/liver, etc.) so I've reluctantly accepted it just is what it is. T2 for no obvious reason. Was low carbing for years before being diagnosed which is even more frustrating...

    Metformin and fatigue

Thanks for the response. I do test regularly and my numbers have come way down, so maybe my body is just adapting after being high for months.

    Metformin and fatigue

Hi there. I've been on metformin for just three weeks and haven't any of the gastro side effects, but I'm absolutely exhausted most of the time. Could this be the metformin? Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so does the tiredness eventually go away as your body adapts? Thanks.

    New T2 with hypos

Very interesting. I too am active, eat healthy and normal weight. I've no other health issues though, other than some minor GERD. I feel like I can take steps to prevent the hypos (like eating more frequently and more carbs than I'd like to) but would really like to bottom out what is causing...

    New T2 with hypos

Thanks @Lamont D . I've been eating a pretty low carb diet for years, but over the last few months - before being diagnosed as T2 - I've noticed two things that cause my hypos - eating carbs (I spike and then crash) or exercise (even a 30 minute walk - unless I eat something like a banana...

    New T2 with hypos

Hi there. I'm a 48 year old woman, reasonably fit, with a BMI of 23, who has recently been diagnosed as a T2 diabetic (hba1c of 61 - jumped from 45 three months ago). All of this despite following a reasonably low carb diet for years. I've been getting hypos on and off for a couple of years but...
