Hi, I'm new to the forum but thought I'd add my but. My cholesterol levels were never high but at one point, years ago my reading was 5.3 so my diabetic nurse put me on statins. This did control the levels & the last reading was 2.3 so my nurse (a different one) decided to cut the dose by half...
