    Tiredness and Nausea

    Good afternoon from a sunny Northern Ireland. Lately I have been more tired than usual, and I mean like hitting a brick wall and have to lie down tired, along with this comes nausea lasting a couple of days until eventual vomiting (I apologise for to much info). Then it's over until next time...
