My post run, pre breakfast BG (w/med) was 5.2mmol/L (I like that.) I set my Garmin on the Walk profile, but I did an easy run of it. Enough to work up a good sweat anyway.

Pre breakfast Post 3.5km morning run BG 5.3mmol/L

My post meds, post run BG was 5.6 mmol/L after a light 2km run. Sometimes if I do a hard run, my BG will go up to 7.5, but my M.D. just said that 'that's just my fuel and seemed a little annoyed.'

My post run/meds BG was 5.6mmol/L this a.m.

This a.m. 5.3mmol/L after meds and a 2km run. Perky!

Woke up to a BG of 5.4mmol/L this a.m. Took my meds, went for a 2km brisk walk that became a jog, came back with a 5.5mmol/L.

Pre breakfast jog 1.7km (it's supposed to blow off carbs/sugar that settled over night... we're actually just supposed to go for a quick walk.) gave me a BG of 5.2 mmol/L on return. Pleased with that.

I woke up to a BG of 5.7mmol/L this a.m. Returned from a brisk 2km walk, again 5.7mmol/L. (before medication.)

Thanks, @KennyA -I remember my Diabetes nurse showing me a TT sample of what glycated Hemoglobin looks like in vitro and how sluggish it was due to the precipitated sugar/viscosity around the erythrocytes/blood cells. It was very creepy. That was a wakeup call. I'm due for a blood work recall...

Woke up to a 5.8 mmol/L BG reading. Came back from a 3km run routine with 6.0 mmol/L reading.

I woke up to a BG of 5.5mmol/L before medication. Brisk 1.5km jog/walk: 5.7mmol/L with medication.

Is there some kind of index to convert our BG (e.g. my BG levels in the morning are below 6mmol/L. ) levels to an HbA1c value? I keep on forgetting to ask my M.D.? Thanks!

This mornings was much better BG 5.1 mmol/L before medication or eating. Brisk 1.6km walk outta bed.

At 6:30 a.m. 6.8mmol/L. I went to bed with a half cup of mini shreddies on my stomach. Asked for that. Went for a brisk 1km walk before breakfast to try and blow off that sugar. No change.

My BG this a.m. before Kombolgyze and breakfast was 5.3 mmol/L.

My BG was 5.4mmol/L before breakfast, after taking my Komboglyze.

BG was 6.2mmol/L after a very early brisk 40min walk before breakfast.

My BG before breakfast this a.m. is 5.3mmol/L (had a 7.4km run late yesterday morning... probably had something to do with it.)
