    Its like most things in life they are not all the same and that goes double for people. My DN for my recent review was not only positive but fully encouraging wanting to know about what I ate and of course lifestyle, and not negative in my response of statins or use of blood pressure tablets...

    Woke this morning to a 9bg, appointment 9am with D nurse, results HbA1c 59, total chol 5.1, trigs 1.5, HDL 1.16, LDL 3.3, she was pleased from my last results. Will have another review in three months to see if maintains or improved. Overall pleased how started year out of control!

    Was 6.7 at 7.30 this morning. Lost most of my readings for the year on daily carb app due to updating new iPad. Meant to go to Dropbox but not working on old iPad. Thought going to cloud as well. On transfer switched off and removed all data. HbA1c next week and visit nurse, Ah!!

    8.7 this morning coming down after first two months of dreaded virus and then not keeping a control. Appointment with doctor at surgeries request to discuss wherei am and future direction. John
