If I’m reading this right it’s 10% orange juice so this will contain some naturally occurring fruit sugar. Sucralose is also a sweetener which raises my blood sugar.

I would say protein and fat are important. Hard for us to answer without knowing what is cheap in your country. but perhaps eggs or cheese, butter. Veg for soup. Here frozen veg is cheapest and still nutritious.

Not a low carb hack…but we bought a dual drawer air fryer nearly two years ago. We use it 6 days a week (on the 7th day my non low carb husband insists on pizza, which won’t fit!) instead of the big oven (including roasting that chicken), and I calculated it saves us £20 a month.

It may well have been because you were sleeping on the sensor. If so sitting up and checking the reading again should tell you. however with a reading that low over more than one or two minutes it would be sensible to check with your blood sugar meter just in case.

I use the libre 2. Both the 2 and 2 plus are available now on the uk site. i rarely have any problems. I used to use an iPhone 11 Pro and it worked well.

Is the dose the same? Any changes in your diet, or stress levels, or exercise, or temperature outside? So many different things can affect blood sugar.

Do you have the alarms set on your libre? I’d be inclined to increase the level they are set at so that they warn you before you drop that low.
