    Homemade gelatinous meaty chicken broth :) 3 1/2 quarts. Backs, necks, wing tips, thigh bones & breast bones of 3 chickens. Frozen in 1/2 cup portions thanks to Texas sized silicone muffin pan. Rendered in 15 hours, veggies pulled at 3 hours.
