    I try to follow this adding 2 slices of Burgen bread for breakfast at 12g per slice but the rest is pretty much as stated. My question is this. If I followed your plan to the letter would that be zero carbs plus my 24, or does your plan give 25g then add on any extras I have? Sent from the...
