    If I want something sweet I use Monk fruit sugar The pure type not cut with erythritol. It has a great extra as it is a powerful antioxidant. If only it was not so darn expensive!

    Nothing warrants loading your body with toxins like statins unless you are one of the very small minority with familial hypercholesterolemia. Cholesterol is not the problem in any of its types!

    I walked out of my DESMOND day after pronouncing in a very loud voice they were teaching bovine stuff and were a danger to the people attending. I guess most there sadly just got worse over the years.

    Can you let me have the evidence that says it is the post meal spike which 'does the damage' verses a higher average BG level. I am trying to understand how regular meal spikes (say over 11.1) are bad if they reduce quickly by exercise to 'normal fasting levels of 5.5 or lower.
