What if you body can't take a lot of fat?

I've been having a small portion of dairy and started to include cream but always feel really sick. Today I tried to have pate as I was beginning to think that it was the dairy not agreeing but 30g of pate with cucumber has left me feeling the same.

    Need Help

Bulkbiker I'm a little worried that in the past I've over eaten as I don't seem to get the signs of feeling full, even though that seems to have changed this last couple of weeks. I was always hungry which I think is linked to the Diabetes.
