    It's good to let it out, rather than let boil inside. Emotion will effect overall bgl and insulin effectiveness. Don't feel embarrassed if you need to let off some steam.

    I may be reaching here...but this may be 'placebo effect'. Sometimes, being switched to a new and unknown medication can cause anxiety and a change in body chemistry. Do you have any underlying anxiety about the medication you are taking? Have you altered your diet activity levels?

    They are good readings. If I had pizza I would be up in the 30s! But be careful, if you have any doubt CHECK IT OUT!! You may be in a honeymoon period before onset. I sincerely hope this is not so. But, remember we are here to support you. Good luck!!

    I hope your 'better half' is feeling better. Hypos, what a pain in the butt they are! Do consider the insulin pump as it will make life easier. Do some research and find the one best suited for your needs. Good luck.
