    Well i'll be damned ... this morning 121 mg/dl with 28 units of Toujeo and that was the highest point of the night too, went back to sleep for another 2 hours and woke up with 83 mg/dl. Now i just hope it's not a fluke.

    5x5 is a great routine i used to do it a lot. I hardly ever go above 10 unless it's abs or forearms and indeed, it always amazes me too how hard just 2 more reps can be with mediocre weight, i've been doing 6 reps with 25 kg more but for some reason those extra 2 reps take a lot out of me.
