It's not until next Monday but guess i'm the only one with such a weird problem as usual! Getting used to it

I was 5.1 before so seeing a reading in to double figures for the first time in aggees shocked me.

I did a test this morning and ate something i'd never usually eat , an hour later I was 12,1 :shock:

I told my clinic that they didn't need to test me as two weeks earlier I had had the same tests at hospital. Their reply? We need you to have a blood test for us. Madness ,especially considering how hard it is for me to get to the stupid place.

The consultant I saw wasn't rude but I felt as if he didn't really care . Telling me how good my results were made me think "Do you know anything at all"? as I felt like my results were still too high. I guess most doctors don't keep up with the latest research , it might ne hard to read every...

I won't be watching that video , it's important to know about your health but scaring yourself won't help.

I can always tell if i'm under 3.5 as I tend to shake but i'm no longer on Insulin so it doesn't happen as much.
