Most of the meters with colour screens seem to have lipo rechargable batteries via usb cables. One exception I can think of is the Accu Chek Expert with colour screen and uses AAAs. I like a rechargable meter which can recharge using the same usb cable as my phone.

I had a look on the box for information about the glue, couldn't find any. On their website is says 'RockTape is made from 97% cotton and 3% nylon. The adhesive is a hypo-allergenic, acrylic-based and contains no latex.'

Why do you want to cut around it? I stick the tape right over the top.

Rocktape. I've used it on 2 sensors now. It stops them getting knocked off. Keeps the edges down, after 2 weeks it looks as good as the day it was applied. And it stops that nasty ring of black goo you are left with when you remove a sensor.

Hi. I know about the usual warnings about accuracy but is there anyway, official or hack, to make the Libre run the insulin bolus advisor when scanning the sensor. I'm finding it very accurate and it's only an advisor anyhow. Cheers.

Hi. Correct it or stop it getting worse? Nobody knows but keeping tight control will give you the best chance of a good result.

Have you tried ringing the surgery and explaning your situation? Taking your insulin away would be like taking air away from you. Please test as required by the dvla. Glucose test strips should not be restricted either.

There were three choices. 1 drive the car, break the law and put yourself and others in danger. 2 Go looking for a parking meter in a possible impaired mental and physical condition. 3 treat the hypo. I know which I would do.
