    Thanks, I will. I am still confused as to why the blood test they did came back as normal but a few days later the hbA1c came back as diabetic.

    Annieok, look up Jason a Fung on youtube. He talks about curing diabetes and it really helped to calm me down. Was only diagnosed yesterday and still coming to terms!

    Brilliant, thanks so much, this is great stuff. I am finding it quite astonsihing that the NHS/GP's are so happy to just give out meds and insulin and only promise a lfietime of this condition. Even the Diabetic nurse is advising a low fat diet, not low carb, incredible.
