    Japanese Earthquake and Tsnumani

It is a terrible tragedy and I sort of feel wrong and guilty at watching some of the footage, its so heartbreaking and yet it has to be reported, especially the situation re the nuclear plant dangers . I would imagine it will take Japan a very long time to reccover from this, poor people x

    Another thread about strips...

I dont blame you for feeling p`d off , it annoys the heck out of me too . I never was prescibed strips , was told that testing wasnt necessary  I also get on with my Doctor which is why I dont want to change surgery, and in any case , doing that would be massively difficult in the...

    'Reversing Diabetes?'.....An interesting link.

My Nurse has a very good way of describing well controlled diabetes , she told me that I had managed to make it go away, but that it was lurking in the wings, ready to get back centre stage if I gave up my current regime .

Depressed what is wrong with me

So sorry that life hasnt been very kind to you Sue . I think that when all is going well in other areas, we can deal with diabetes but when other problems create worry , trauma and distress , diabetes just becomes too much to cope with on top of it all . I would also suggest couselling which...
