    Been having the same problem, managed to get 5 protein rolls today, so will ration them.     You could stop off for an all day breakfast, minus toast and beans. Bacon, egg, sausage and mushrooms, set you up for the day.x

    Hello all B - coffee and cream L- Egg mashed up with mayo, 1/2 protein roll, cucumber and pork scratchings D - will be chicken thighs marinated in yoghurt and spices with salad. Carb eaters will also have a jot potato Have a nice evening all, early night for me I think. X
