    7.4 this morning, coming back down nicely. @ianpspurs, painful yes but so lucky it was not worse. I rolled my car and am still dazed at how I walked away. I must say the Fire service, police and NHS staff at Derriford Hospital were just fantastic.

    Well done for fasting of 14 today. I have found that exercise really helps with my levels, just gentle walking everyday is really helping and makes me and my dogs feel better.
