Afternoon all:) Had a manic morning making cheese &apple muffins with the kids , was quick making the muffins but took me an hour to tidy up the kitchen after lol ..... love the week-ends !!:p Anyway 6.1 for me this morning :D:D

Morning all:) bit later today as I stayed in bed, got a dodgy tummy:( 6.4 at 9.35am so a little up but still good, i normally go alot higher when feeling poorly !! :)

Yep ...lots of sauce for me and it was a very large kebab , used to eating smaller portions now ;)
