Type 1.5 on Novorapid & Tresiba Raised sugars most of the day

Hi I tested 17 mmol when I awoke 9 am and ketones 0.2. Injected 4 units. Then at 10.44 it was 16.2 so injected another 1 unit. At 11.20 am I was hungry and it was 14.2 so injected 2 units for 12g carbs. It went down to 13.3 at 11.40 am then by 12.45 pm it was 10.9 mmol. At 2 pm I was 11.4 mmol...

    Sugars won’t go down today

Thankyou and yes cartridge is the word I checked it was coming out and in fact it was shooting out with no air bubbles. It’s something to consider changing again I suppose as this is only the second time it has happened to be constantly high and I feel fit and well and worked a little harder at...

    Sugars won’t go down today

Hi Thankyou so much for replying. This has helped and yes I use my hips and backside mainly as my stomach area bruises too badly. It’s so strange though as usually exercise brings it down rapidly. it’s a novorapid pen with changeable insulin so it’s like a phial of insulin that gets screwed in...

My sugars on rising were 9 then it went to 15 after my gym session when it usually goes down? I go regularly to the gym. I...

    Extremely exciting funded NHS Trial

Wow didn’t know all this existed but it looks more complicated than using my Libre sensor 2, although my sugars are currently very erratic - suspected underactive thyroid to blame

    Hedia App

You can enter your readings manually and so far it’s giving me indications of how much glucose I still have in me and how much to inject which is helping me.

    Hedia App

Anyone else using this? It came up on my Facebook so decided to try today. It looks ok as once you input your data it tells you how much insulin is still in your system after your last dose and if you know the food carb content (their foods look swedish so I inputted manually) you put the carb...
