    well the new diet is working...had a grand total of about 2g carbs today (it was the gravy that did it) lol and bg level was at 13.9..got 1 more test to do today :) i really appreciate all the advice and moral support from you guys the last couple of days :happy: thanks carl

    zero carbs today..glucose is coming down..got a bit of roast beef with a pile of veg to eat soon...with gravy probs only a couple of grams of carbs, id like some ideas what to eat with my meat as i cant have rice pasta or potatoes, and still keep carbs low

    I just measured blood glucose this morning, already down to 16.1 mmol im happy about that as its dropped by 10 since i started testing.. will test again after 2hours after breakfast (bacon and eggs)

    my first day of low carb diet just decided to not make vege omelette tonight...... i made cauliflower cheese bake for me and my other half it worked out at approx 51g carbs for the whole dish :) enough for 4 portions 1 medium cauliflower half pack of chorizo slices whole pack of peperoni slices...
