Ha dieting, I have been on one diet or another all my adult life, WW SW, cabage soup, slim fast, now at 44 I am 7 stone overweight. I haven't ever really learnt about dieting :-)

I was 15 when I was diagnosed and I feel as though I am drained of it all now. Unfortunately there is no diabetic specialist nurse at the GP surgery, and the ones who work at the diabetic clinic are linked to the consultant who refuses to see me. I dont know what to do now x
