5.9 this morning. Had another lovely lunch with an ex-colleague. Now relaxing with a coffee before evening classes. It was really lovely to meet up again. I had ham and eggs and a small salad - which actually was really nice.

6.5 this morning. Not sure why it was higher because I only had 14 carbs and 1K calories. Fbs is often quite puzzling as I thought it should have been in the 5s Was happy though that I lost a little more weight. Am now down to 9st 9lbs. Just 2 more lbs to go and I am back to normal weight.

Yes, I think you are right @gennepher. She was very apologetic at first, but I think very soon realised that I wasn't at all unhappy with the cancellation.

Today suddenly got a bit easier. The torrential rain has meant that one of my 1:1s cannot get here . I tried not to sound too happy when she phoned to cancel. Am not sure if I succeeded :) :)

5.8 this morning. A very busy day ahead so I probably need a bit more rocket fuel (coffee) to get me through the day. Good that we had a relaxing day yesterday. As we get older we need to spend a bit more time relaxing and recovering.

6.1 this morning. We decided to stay around our village and have a relaxing day. Instead of going to Sheringham Park. The weather didn't look that good either. So a lovely and relaxing day. We are getting a bit lazy.

5.3 this morning. We went for a lovely walk around the local park with Bonnie. It was warm and sunny although I still needed a light fleece. Just relaxing and waiting for my sister to arrives. She is doing the boring admin (the accounts). I am doing the interesting admin - doing lesson plans.

5.9 this morning. A good day with classes this morning and admin with my sister this afternoon. Evening classes start at 6pm. So a little bit more relaxing before having to get ready to go.
